During my time at Monit, I led the complete redesign of the company’s marketing website—transforming an outdated experience into a strategic platform that clearly communicated the value of our products. The previous site was misaligned with our audience and failed to reflect the sincerity and purpose behind what we were building. The redesign established a more thoughtful narrative, improved product education, and created a scalable marketing resource that empowered both our sales and growth teams.

Process
The redesign began with a foundational question: who are we speaking to, what do they need to understand, and what action should the experience drive?
Through collaborative workshops with leadership and sales stakeholders, we identified our primary audience as business banking partners and restructured the site strategy around their needs, expectations, and decision-making process.
From there, I audited existing sales materials, marketing collateral, partner communications, and seminar presentations to identify the most valuable messaging and content themes. Information was then reorganized into a clearer narrative system—balancing written content, visual storytelling, motion design, and product education.
A major part of my role involved creating supporting media assets, including marketing videos, product demonstrations, and educational resources designed to reduce friction in the sales cycle and minimize dependency on live demos and lengthy email support.
Using Figma, I developed iterative page concepts and user flows that evolved through ongoing collaboration with product teams and company leadership. These reviews helped refine messaging, align on product positioning, and ensure consistency across the customer experience.
Once approved, I translated the designs into Webflow and helped establish a scalable marketing foundation for future growth and product launches.
The redesign launched alongside Monicore in early 2025, and I continue to maintain and evolve the site through ongoing content updates, blog management, and marketing support.
